![]() This, of course, was a shock to me as I had believed that part of the hefty fees being paid to NDR would go toward managing the accounts and doing its best to avoid legal action. Everything was going to plan until I became aware of the fact that **************** had filed a Complaint against me for the card that NDR had not addressed. I paid the agreed upon amount on all dates scheduled, never missing a payment, and was glad when NDR had reached a settlement agreement with **************** for one of the cards. Part of the enrollment process involves giving NDR ***** of ********* meaning that all notices regarding the debt and any pending legal action will be funneled to NDR. I entered the program with National Debt Relief ("NDR") in late fall of 2022, due to mounting debt, primarily through my **************** cards. I received a letter from ************************* stating my account is RCC breach because of a return check which I never authorized. Also, National Debt sent a check to ************************* with no money in my dedicated saving account without my authorization. ****** began alluding to they did not want my business and then she indicated I was combative, and she indicated my account was noted very well when I stated I was going to file a complaint with BBB. ![]() I contacted National Debt again and spoke with ****** after hearing that information. At the point I was very upset, as the information I received from ***** was incorrect. I waited a few days and contacted ************************* law firm on June 7, 2023, and was told my account was still under the law firm with National Debt R and they never told National Debt Relief they no longer wanted to work with them. ****** indicated it would take a few days before ************************* would get the information to release my account from the law firm that was representing me with National Debt Relief. ![]() I called National Debt again and spoke with ******. On June 1, 2023, I received a call from ***** with National Debt Relief stating they would not represent me with the Citibank account, and I needed to contact ************************* law firm to further discuss my Citibank account, as ************************* law firm no longer wanted to work with National Debt Relief because of missing payments. ![]() I was able to continue to make payments, and I did miss around four payments due to my income being cut in half. I reached out to National Debt Relief to inform them of my current situation. ![]() Meanwhile, on October 2, 2022, I lost my job and only had very little income. Within the past few years, they were doing a great job in getting my debt lowered and paid off. On July 30, 2019, I enter an agreement with National Debt Relief to professionally negotiate my debt with my creditors. ![]()
